International recording artist and Glee guest star Charice comes out as a lesbian

Charice Pempengco, the international recording artist who appeared in several episodes of Glee, came out as a lesbian over the weekend in an interview with the Filipino program The Buzz. "Yes, I am a tomboy," she said, using a common Filipino colloquial term for lesbian. "I don't know what's the problem with that. Because for me there isn't a problem with that."

Bex Taylor-Klaus makes her television debut this weekend on the third season of AMC's murder mystery drama "The Killing" as Bullett, a "tough scrappy lesbian who's lived on the streets of Seattle since she was 13 years old."
