INFOGRAPHIC: Marriage equality at the Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court is considering two cases related to marriage equality. One case challenges Proposition 8, California's law banning marriage for same-sex couples. The other case challenges Section 3 of the so-called "Defense of Marriage Act," which prevents the federal government from recognizing marriages for same-sex couples. Lambda Legal has created the graphic below examining how the Court might decide the cases. Click here for the full size.
