Have no fear if you missed GLAAD’s New Media Training Institute at the Creating Change conference, I was there live-tweeting the whole thing.

The training institute was led by nonprofit consultant Heather Mansfield from @nonprofitorgs and author of Social Media for Social Good: A How-To Guide for Nonprofits.
