Almost a year after GLAAD and others urged President Obama and the media to address murders of LGBT people in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed that they will conduct training sessions on hate crimes for Puerto Rican law enforcement officials.
