A wigged-out, effeminate designer (with no hair) runs around directing his models, reflecting the chaos of his fashion show with an all female audience.

Models walk down the runway carrying all sorts of props from Karwei, a Dutch home repair store chain, such as large trash barrels, tree planters, large wooden poles and more.

The tagline reads: "With Karwei you totally make it."
