Max Gouttebroze serves as an active member of the GLAAD Programs Team by identifying and monitoring LGBT representations, trends and developments in television and film. He is the lead writer and researcher of GLAAD’s Where We Are on TV report and conducts long-term research and data collection for the annually released Studio Responsibility Index and Network Responsibility Index. Max also serves on GLAAD's Communications Team by managing the GLAAD Media Awards submissions process and contributing to communication efforts for the awards ceremonies. He joined GLAAD in September 2010 as the Communications and Public Relations Intern, becoming GLAAD's Digital Initiaves Fellow shortly after and moving into his current role in June 2011. Prior to GLAAD, Max consulted on communications efforts for several international non-profit organizations and worked in non-scripted television development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from the College of Charleston and a Master of Arts degree in Media Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
