TV Gayed is back!  The Office and Bones return from winter hiatus, and USA premieres Fairly Legal¸ a San Francisco-based legal drama featuring Ethan Embry in a recurring role as a gay stay-at-home dad.

9:00pm: Bones, Fox (1 hour) NEW.
Bones comes back tonight to solve a tawdry murder involving socialites and counterfeit handbags (because a knockoff Balenciaga is clearly a murder-able offense). Meanwhile, bisexual forensic artist Angela and her husband discuss buying a home and raising a family.

9:00pm: The Office , NBC (30 min) NEW.
Steve Carell’s final season as Michael Scott returns tonight with a new episode!  Michael’s former flame Holly returns to Scranton, and Pam posts a board for the office to share their New Year’s resolutions.  Oscar Nuñez plays out accountant Oscar Martinez in the seventh season of NBC’s hit show.

10:00pm: Fairly Legal , USA (1 hr) SERIES PREMIERE.
Sarah Shahi of The L Word fame stars in USA’s new series about Kate Reed, a lawyer-turned-mediator trying to save her dad’s firm after his death.  The San Francisco-set series with a recurring role for Ethan Embry as Kate’s brother, a gay stay-at-home dad.  Check out this promo from USA:
