GLAAD Hearts Tribeca

The Tribeca Film Festival, now in its seventh year, has always been a favorite among the indie New Yorker set. GLAAD is pleased as punch to get in on the action this year by partnering with the festival like never before!

For starters, we're happy to announce that GLAAD is co-presenting Making the Boys, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the off-Broadway play The Boys in the Band and subsequent film release two years later. The documentary will be screened April 27 with a panel discussion to follow -- this unique opportunity is not to be missed!

Actually, there are many LGBT-inclusive films in the festival this year that we urge you to see. From Kirby Dick's new documentary OUTRAGE to Off and Running, a film with lesbian parenting at its core, Tribeca is offering many opportunities for fans of queer cinema to take part in the lineup.

Single tickets go on sale today exclusively to American Express® Cardmembers (Online, Phone, and Ticket Outlets). On Sunday, April 19, you can buy tickets if you're a downtown resident. And Monday, April 20, tickets will be on sale to the general public.

So what are you waiting for? Purchase your tickets, already!

The Tribeca Film Festival runs April 22 - May 3.
