So much great television on this weekend, it's going to be hard to decide! Our picks? The all-new NBC drama Kings, which features a supporting -- and surprising -- gay character, as well as the perennial fave Desperate Housewives, which promises some thrilling new lesbian content! FRIDAY

The teens of Friday Night Lights

> 9:00 PM Friday Night Lights, NBC (1 hr) NEW The Panthers are picked for a nationally televised game, thanks to some clever manipulation from lesbian mayor Lucy Rodell. > 10:00 PM Real Time with Bill Maher, HBO (1 hr) NEW This no-holds barred news show is broadcast live, so you never know what to expect. Bill regularly discusses LGBT issues and features gay panelists and commentators, so check it out! SATURDAY > 8:00 PM Dancing with the Stars, ABC (2 hrs) REPEAT If you missed the eighth-season opener on Monday, tune in tonight and watch gay judge Bruno Tonioli cut the couples down to size. > 9:00 PM Color Splash, HGTV (30 min) NEW Gay interior designer David Bromstad reworks living spaces. Tonight he redesigns a master bedroom that pleases both the husband and the wife. > 10:00 PM The Graham Norton Show, BBC America (1 hr) SEASON PREMIERE The fifth season kicks off with two special guests: Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and Irish stand-up comedian Ed Byrne. He has a serious crush on former baseball great Kenny Powers, but instead of acting on his feelings, he settles for being Kenny’s unpaid assistant.
