More than 1,500 New Yorkers gathered today in Manhattan to mourn the death of a 32 year-old gay man, who was shot down on Friday just blocks away from the historic Stonewall Inn in an apparent act of anti-gay bias.
NPH to Host TV Land Awards

One of glaadBLOG's favorite funnymen, Neil Patrick Harris, has been tapped to host this year's TV Land Awards. The ceremony traditionally spoofs the more staid awards shows, so we know that NPH is the right man to strike the appropriate tone.
The awards take place April 19 at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles, and will run on TV Land a week later at 9 PM EST.
